Protection Adviser

This is an employed role, hybrid based in the Southampton area once fully competent status achieved.

Threshold Mortgage Advice is expanding - and they're looking for an experienced Protection Advisor to join our award‑winning team in Southampton. As a Protection Specialist within their busy mortgage team, you’ll work closely with mortgage advisers to deliver tailored protection solutions for clients at key moments in their lives. You'll provide clear, compassionate advice and ensure families have the right cover in place when it matters most.

• At least 1 year of experience giving advice on protection products
• A passion for excellent customer service
• Energy, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of how to build a compliant case
