This Leeds based Network firm are seeking a motivated and qualified Trainee Financial Adviser to join the growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 Diploma qualified individual who is ready to transition into an advisory role within a supportive, client-focused firm. You will receive mentoring and hands-on exposure by shadowing experienced advisers in client meetings, alongside office-based technical development and case work. This role is designed as a clear pathway toward becoming a fully competent Financial Adviser.
This is a blended position combining in-office technical work with supervised client exposure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shadowing advisers in client meetings (fact-finding, reviews, suitability discussions)
- Supporting the preparation of suitability reports and recommendation documentation
- Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection markets
- Assisting with ongoing client servicing and annual review processes
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Progressing toward Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
