New Build Mortgage Adviser

• Basic Salary of £30,000 to £36,000 
  
• Monthly commission paid on all bankings with OTE of £45,000 to £55,000pa
  
• All leads provided from newbuild sites
  
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Potential for hybrid working depending on experience, with easily accessible offices
  
• Support from a highly knowledge admin team
• Regular training sessions with ongoing development

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand clients’ individual circumstances and requirements and provide advice and recommendation on Mortgage and Protection products
• Nurture and grow relationships with developers including regular site visits in your area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Carry out continued professional development to ensure you stay up to date on industry regulation and products.

You will need:

• CeMAP or equivalent is essential
• To be based in and around the Southampton and Thames Valley region
• A passion for great customer service.
• Motivated and energetic, to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent relationship management and rapport building skills
