Infinity Financial Advice are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and highly regarded mortgage practice that benefits from a strong local reputation, a prominent high street presence, excellent estate agency relationships, and a consistent flow of leads.
You'll be joining a business that allows advisers to focus on what they do best: advising clients and writing business. With dedicated case managers and technical administration support handling much of the post-sale process, you'll have the infrastructure needed to maximise your earning potential.
Your responsibilities will include
- Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Manage and convert estate agency generated leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agency partners
- Conduct client fact-finds and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions
- Manage a busy pipeline of new enquiries, applications and follow-up appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to ensure positive client outcomes
- Proactively generate additional opportunities through referrals and existing relationships
