The Steve Williams Practice Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team and continue the great work they provide their clients.

Over the decades, The Steve Williams Practice Ltd have assisted generations of clients with their financial needs. They specialise in long term planning including pensions and investments, trust planning, arranging mortgages to purchase property and ensuring adequate protection for loved ones against the unexpected.

They pride themselves on a personal face-to-face approach with clients with the ultimate aim to establish long-term relationships, meaning some clients have been with them for more than 30 years and, in most cases looking after three generations of the same family.

For this role you will need

• Fully qualified to provide Financial advice - Level 4 Diploma (DipFA / DipPFS / equivalent) qualified is essential
• Have at minimum between 1 to 2 years’ experience in providing Financial Advice in both pensions and investments
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
• Ideally qualified in Mortgage advice or willingness to become qualified – This is not essential
• Be based ideally around the South Wales area or easily commutable to Swansea

Your responsibilities will include

• Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, IHT & Estate planning.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with integrity and professionalism upholding the reputation of the business
• Conduct client reviews, fact-finds, suitability assessments, and produce compliant recommendations
• Maintain high standards of FCA and Consumer Duty compliance
• Build long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and service
