Mortgage Adviser

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser with Zigzag Mortgages you will work closely with an administration team to provide advice to clients provided through a strong relationship with a top performing estate agency group.

This role is based in the head office of the estate agency in Chorley, with some evening and weekend work required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will provide expert advice and make recommendations on mortgages and protection products.
• Manage cases through from enquiry to completion, with support from an administration team.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations through ongoing CPD.
• Maximise exclusive estate agency lead opportunities.
• Maintain our five-star service reputation.
• Utilise CRM system to manage cases.

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven success in mortgages & protection advice.
• Strong FCA compliance knowledge.
• Driven, professional & client focused.
