In this front‑office position, you will be the first point of contact for clients - by phone, email, and in person, ensuring that they receive a warm, professional, and high‑quality experience at every interaction. You’ll also support advisers with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth delivery of financial planning and mortgage advice. This is a varied role well suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organised, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Contact & Front‑of‑House
- Answering incoming calls and emails, resolving queries when appropriate.
- Providing a first‑class welcome for clients attending on‑site meetings.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Administrative Support
- Updating and maintaining client records on the CRM system.
- Obtaining quotations, illustrations, valuations, and other supporting documents.
- Supporting advisers with workflow and case management.
- Submitting applications to product providers and monitoring progress.
- Managing ad‑hoc client administration tasks such as policy updates, documentation requests, and address changes.
- Operational & Process Support
- Ensuring office upkeep and supporting maintenance needs.
- Helping improve internal processes and documenting procedures.
- Assisting with proactive marketing to existing and prospective clients.
- Liaising with Openwork and product providers to keep materials and processes up to date.
- Contributing to team projects and business improvements.
