This is a self employed role, based in Leamington Spa with hybrid working options available.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technically competent advice to clients
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships with lenders and providers
- Network to increase business opportunity
- Building lasting and meaningful client connection
You'll be working within a flourishing and supportive team of mortgage and financial advisers, with dedicated support provided from an award-winning network.

You will deal with incoming leads as well as generating new business and working with introducers to further grow your referrals, alongside the support of an experienced administration team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a pro-active and motivated mortgage adviser to be part of a flourishing business and help take it into the future and lead to incredible success.
What will you need to succeed?
Qualifications/Experience
- CeMAP qualified with 2 years + mortgage advice experience or less if you have a strong "route to market"
- Mortgage marketing skills
- The ability to explain information clearly and simply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
